Buddha in darkness, Shadow Hunt: SMASh Contest - Round 316

In today's post, I have made a Buddha statue, a small red elephant, some peacock feathers and a lamp as my subjects. Although I do not have professional gears to do a great photoshoot, but the flash light and headlamp worked very well and the result was quite good. I wish there was one more tripod, it would have been icing on the cake.

First of all, I collected Buddha statue, red small elephant, peacock feather, lamp, headlap and flash light. Then after placing everything on the dining table, I closed the curtain on the window so that it would create a shadow when I switched on the light.

Then first of all I placed the red small elephant on the table and focused the flash light on it and clicked some photos, and similarly I did the same with all the objects and shot photos. The results looked good on camera. Then I copied all the photos from the camera to the laptop.

While editing in Lightroom, I felt the lack of a tripod very much. If I had a tripod, there would be no grain in the photos and the photos would look even better. I tried to click the photos in such a way that minimum light falls on the subject and maximum shadow is created. A shadow is being formed on the wall behind but there is a little blur.

I even clicked some photos keeping the shadow in focus but did not enjoy it. The color of the wall is orange which was providing good reflection to the frame. Well, that's all to write, look at the photos and I hope you liked this indoor photoshoot.
