So, this is my first post here. For my first post, i will share a shadow of a plantain tree.
There are different ways to prepare plantain. It can be cooked as poridge plantain. When it is ripe, it can be fried and eaten with fried eggs. Unripe plantain can be roasted and eaten with palm oil.
