There are times when you feel like a jackknife. Multi-tasking within the working day.
Most days I do five types of jobs. Calling customers to pitch products. Answering questions about applications. Administrative work in the database. Training and order management.
Many times I think about what it would be like to do just one task in a more focused way, such as training.

And at other times I think it would be better to focus on pre-sales commercial work.
For the time being, I will see if I can organise myself and concentrate my efforts in the same direction, even if I continue to occupy my day with several tasks.
