Good evening all.
I stumbled on @olgavita's post (Link Here) and I thought I'd join for the first time. Just in time, I have been roaming around somewhere last weekend where sea and sky meet. These were taken at a rocky island somewhere in between Luna and Balaoan, La Union (far north from my town San Juan). Kind of awkward to say the name of the Island since it was named after a woman's private part, so I'll stop right there lol.
My friends (@leeart is one) from Baguio (mountain parts) invited me to join them as they wanted to go some snorkeling here in the lowlands and had me picked up at my house. We had a couple of road trip stops- Cafes, Resorts and this Island which I am going to share a few photos while we were sailing in the middle of the sea using "balsa cottage" - very soft and light so it is used in crafts. The tour guide pulled the balsa cottage to get us to the main attraction.
At the island, you can see a couple of mangroves trees planted around the area which is so cool and looks like you're in another country. There are also couple of cliffs in the lagoons if you wanna try jumping from it. Fun,isn't it? My friends got in the water including my daughter @naniplayergamer. Well, I only watched them in the water and took a bunch of photos lol.
