Do you want to pursue a career in architecture? The draft is a good start, but the kitchen's location is lethal.

Also, do we still require a garage (now that we have car ports)? It's a waste of space, and it's common in colonial house plans (but nevermind, it's okay for practice sake).

Next time, explain the floor plan in greater detail, including the walls, spaces, and why they're there, etc., focus on one building plan at a time using a bubble diagram or flow chart (those are the basics).

What you've listed is quiet random (I.e if you want to make a proper architecture/technical drawing-related post).
Even at this technical level, you could include a perspective or elevational drawing projected from the floor plan.

There's just alot that could be added to this post to make it more post-worthy especially if tagging all those great communities.
