Buenas Noches Apreciados Amigos de esta Grandiosa comunidad de #Arquitectura y #diseño, para mi un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes compartiendo por esta increíble plataforma de #Hiveblog, en esta ocasión compartire con ustedes la estructura y diseño de un mini centro comercial ubicado en la avenida Bolivar de san juan de los morros estado Guarico, que lleva por nombre el Shopping Spacial, la arquitecta está cada día llena de retos, con cada avance de las sociedades tiene que reinventarse y innovar creando nuevas modificaciones que cumplan con las exigencias requeridas sin embargo existen muchas obras arquitectónicas que no pierden vigencia y se han mantenido a lo largo de los años y han pasado a ser patrimonio cultural de la humanidad, tal caso como las pirámides de Egipto y las estructuras de los mayas, que a pesar de estar separados por muchísimos kilómetros de distancias estas obras conservan un paradigma indescifrable pues por su aspecto y similitud

San Juan de los morros, por ser capital del estado Guárico, nos presenta gran variedad de propuestas arquitectonicas que se ven reflejadas en un sin numero de estructuras y obras de infraestructura que van de lo micro a lo macroarquitectonico, en esta oportunidad presentare este centro comercial ubicado en la avenida Bolivar de san juan de los morros, y mostrare sus caracteristicas arquitectonicas.

como podemos apreciar se trata nada mas y nada menos que de una obra arquitectonica tipo colonial, con diferentes dimensiones y departamentos destinados a cumplir labores mercantiles o en su defecto actividades economicas.
This shopping center has three levels for different activities, currently the main level is the busiest of all since most of the commercial premises are found, the surface of the floor is designed with terracotta, which is a type of ceramic with a smooth texture. slightly rough and copper-colored, it also has two spiral staircases that give access to the next level in which its design changes.
este centro comercial posee tres niveles destinados a diferentes actividades, actualmente el nivel principal es el mas concurrido de todos ya que se encuentran la mayoria de los locales comerciales, la superficie del piso esta diseñada de terracota el cual es un tipo de ceramica de textura un poco aspera y de color cobre, de igual manera posee dos escaleras tipo caracol que dan acceso al siguiente nivel en el cual cambia su diseño.

el segundo nivel cambia en su totalidad el diseño de la superficie del suelo con un modelo de ceramica lisas de dos colores dando un diseño moderno, de igual forma el espacio es mas amplio y sus extremos posee ventanas elaboradas en ladrillos de ventilacion y a su lado lámparas luminarias. al tercer nivel no tuve acceso porque se encuentra en remodelacion.
