Role Description:
The Oasis Protocol Foundation is looking for a Recruiter to help us attract outstanding talent and scale the Oasis Network team! The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, will be results-driven, and a self-starter who is passionate about helping people grow and thrive!
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to build workforce plan, job descriptions and recruiting strategy for a variety of roles (tech, non-tech)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support passive and active candidate pipelines
Educate candidates on company culture, open opportunities, interview process and compensation philosophy
Build and implement interview and hiring processes with a focus on candidate experience
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to drive recruiting process and determine hiring decisions
Partner with HR team to drive and deliver a strong on-boarding experience
Develop and execute a process for tracking and reporting recruiting data to measure effectiveness of hiring processes
Requirements:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of roles and levels (entry, staff, leadership)
Strong sourcing skills and an ability to establish/manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
Demonstrated experience working with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with senior partners
Preferred experience:
Recruiting within the blockchain and crypto industries
Developed/launched a careers page and managed social media presence to attract talent
