Analyst, Global Customer Monitoring Program

We’re looking for an Analyst in the Global Customer Monitoring Program to join our growing Compliance organization in Miami Lakes, Florida. This role provides a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on Crypto.com’s Global Monitoring efforts and its success in meeting regulatory obligations. We’re looking for a critical change agent that will achieve this through their deep understanding of Global Customer Monitoring requirements, data analysis, and collaboration with global compliance leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of global monitoring programs
• Carry out transaction/customer data review and apply statistical analysis to establish monitoring rule parameters (real-time and post transaction)
• Design global and entity level monitoring programs and rules (blockchain and fiat transactions)
• Effectively communicate results and outcomes of reviews of global monitoring programs and monitoring rules to audiences including regional and global compliance leadership
• Through a targeted approach, achieve maximum analytical results and risk mitigation with minimal negative impact on the overall customer experience
• Work with regional compliance staff to identify new or existing regulatory requirements for monitoring programs and ensure that monitoring programs effectively incorporate these requirements
• Prepare written communications, including memos and reports, related to global monitoring programs and rules
• Develop a deep understanding of global monitoring requirements, the regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency, and Company-specific Compliance policies and procedures

• Independently manage key projects related to global monitoring
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Crypto.com customers and products and how we are achieving the goal of Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet while mitigating risks and meeting regulatory requirements

Requirements

A bit about you

• 3+ years in AML Compliance from a financial services background (background in crypto is considered an advantage)
• Experience analyzing data, including to create monitoring rules at a country, entity, and global level
• Experience with SQL and data queries an advantage
• Relevant AML certifications - e.g. CAMS, CFCS (an advantage)
• Ability to work with diverse teams in an operational environment, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute against changing priorities, including meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
• Able to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
