Responsibilities
- Executing on opportunities for collaboration with traditional web 2.0 gaming studios, P2E companies, etc. to bring their games to the Terra ecosystem
- Source, manage and optimize partnerships with strategic accounts
- Research, recommend, and execute partner outreach
- Stay up to date with new developments in the industry and be looked upon as a subject matter expert in blockchain
- Work cross-functionally to support the full lifecycle of the partnerships
- Work closely with our Developer Relations team to identify partner needs
- Attend crypto networking events to connect with potential developers/protocols.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience leading strategy, partnerships, or business development in the gaming industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear documentation and succinct communication is very important.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, while identifying areas for process improvement and establishing best practices and policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree from a top-tier university is a plus
- Entrepreneurial instinct with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and set and meet goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear and succinct communication is very important.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, while identifying areas for process improvement and establishing best practices and policies.
