Greetings, I would like to use this post to properly introduce myself because I'm new here. So, you must be thinking of what kind of person I am, why I chose to join the Hive Community and so on. My name is Ayomide Racheal Fayehun. I am a Nigerian. I hail from the South-Western part of Nigeria, Ondo State to be precise. I was born on the 28th of July, 2005, that makes me 19 years old. Some people including my parents call me the short form of my first name which is Ayo( which means Joy), some call me Racheal, some shortened my last name to call me Faye which I found weird, it eventually stuck and I still laugh anytime I hear them call me that. Anyway, I am a girl. I'm the first child in a family of five, I have one brother and one sister and we mostly shout at each other but that isn't weird at all because I believe almost everyone fight with their siblings.
Well, back to me, I do not really know how to describe myself to be honest. I will say I'm a shy, self-reserved girl, someone who doesn’t like problems, I like to be in my space and doing things my own way. I can also be very outspoken with the people I'm free with, I also have a very bad temper but trust me underneath all that is a very good and caring person though I don't like expressing my feelings because I'm used to bottling it up. This is me, a person with different personalities. At this point just imagine I’m smiling☺️☺️ while writing this. I just finished my first year in college studying Biomedical Engineering, four more years to go. Well, enough talk about me, I'm becoming too comfortable and I might continue going on and on.

I love nature, the smell that comes with rain, rainy days, chocolates, compliments, I also love taking pictures of literally anything and I'll share some with you.

Now onto the dislikes, I sure dislike seeing onions in my food or eating it, being called out to speak, maybe it's because I'm somewhat shy, I can't seem to think of anymore for now. Now, my hobbies vary from reading different kinds of novels to watching different kinds of movies ranging from Sci-Fi to Hollywood to Bollywood to Nollywood and let's not forget Cycling, Photography and also track events. I dream to compete for my country one day.
****WHY I JOINED HIVE???****
I heard about the Hive Community from a good friend of mine @oluchi31 , she talked about how it is a platform where one can connect with different people, share ideas, learn new skills, share stories and so on. I thought about it and I was like a platform like that must be very nice and eye-opening, a place where one can easily express his/her feelings with no criticism, I would surely like to try that and also be a part of it and here I am writing this.

I know most people will have this thought on their minds. Like I said earlier, I'm here to try and learn but that doesn't mean I won't do anything. I plan to share my ideas, stories, learn, re-learn and keep learning and also contribute to the Hive Community.
