BE SELF COMPASSIONATE: THE HAPPINESS OF OTHERS DEPEND ON YOURS

Humanity need as much love as she can get and only those who have got love in them has the capability of giving out. As much as possible, there is great need to treat yourself with great love. Only then will you be able to give out one. If you ever at any point see no reason to be compassionate with yourself, then think about the entire humanity. It is only by loving yourself that you can be able to transmit love to humanity in general. It is always good to be kind, be it to yourself or to others. The entire humanity desires love and she may not find one if she lacks kindness.

If you ever desire to put a smile on another's face, you must first smile yourself. If people around you must be happy then you too must be happy. Begin by doing everything possible to ensure that you find true happiness, a happiness that is not built on the detriment of others. Do it not just for your sake but for the sake of humanity at large.

Happiness: If one is indeed a self-compassionate person he or she will by extension be a happy person. Happiness on the other hand have a way of fostering both physical and psychological well being. If not for anything then, practice self compassion for the sake of both your mental and physical well being. You need it more than anyone else. You need to be happy.


YOU NEED MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE


In all that you do, neither be a fixer who needs fixing nor a lover who lacks love. You need it more than anyone else. As a matter of fact, you may not be able to put a smile on another's face if you have not first smiled. The fact that sadness exist in you would most likely disrupt the happiness that the other would have enjoyed from you.

Always remember that you need it more than anyone else and you must as a matter of fact treat yourself with great kindness. You must as much as possible be patient with yourself and show him/her great understanding. You are a human and you are never perfect, ensure to remind yourself that more often. Just like you do to others, you can as well be supportive to yourself by speaking gentle words to him/her. Most importantly, make sure you forgive yourself so as to attain inner peace. In as much as you strive to become a better person disengage from self-criticism and surround yourself with supportive people, people who would speak words of encouragement to you. Always remember, you need it more that anyone else. If you are not able to find happiness you will never be able to pass it onto another. The happiness of next door depend on yours...
