Previously, I shared with the community that I had visited the
Museo de Bellas Artes, now this week I had the opportunity to visit the Armando Reveron Museum of Contemporary Art in Caracas; The occasion was motivated thanks to the fact that the professor who gives me analytical drawing at the university, has an exhibition of two of his works in the artist of the month section and invited us so that we could see part of his work, as it was noticeable that he was quite happy for that opportunity that was presented to him, all of us decided to go support him at the museum 馃榿.

museo de bellas artes, ahora esta semana tuve la oportunidad de visitar el Museo de Arte Contempor谩neo Armando Reveron en caracas; la ocasi贸n fue motivada gracias a que el profesor que me da dibujo anal铆tico en la universidad, tiene una exposici贸n de dos de sus obras en la secci贸n artista del mes y nos invit贸 para que pudi茅ramos ver parte de su trabajo, como se notaba que el estaba bastante feliz por esa oportunidad que se le presento, todos nosotros decidimos ir a apoyarlo en el museo 馃榿.
We were all supposed to meet in the subway, but I was late, so I went alone to the museum, when I got there I noticed that there was a lot of tension in the environment, but I didn't understand why, until one of my classmates He approaches and tells me that an accident happened; Outside the entrance of the museum there is a work of art, a sculpture of a woman, apparently one of my classmates was joking near that sculpture when they arrived and accidentally hit the sculpture and broke a piece, it fell You can already imagine the seriousness of the situation, however the museum staff did not attack anyone 馃槄 they only gave a lecture to those boys who were joking near the sculpture.
Se supone que nos 铆bamos a encontrar todos en el metro, pero yo llegu茅 tarde, as铆 que me acerqu茅 solo al museo, cuando llegue not茅 que hab铆a mucha tensi贸n en el ambiente, pero no entend铆a porque, hasta que una de mis compa帽eras de clases se acerca y me cuenta que paso un accidente; afuera de la entrada del museo hay una obra de arte, una escultura de una mujer, al parecer una de mis compa帽eras de clase estaban bromeando cerca de esa escultura cuando llegaron y sin querer por un movimiento golpe贸 la escultura y le rompi贸 un pedazo, se podr谩n imaginar ya lo grave de la situaci贸n, sin embargo el personal del museo no arremeti贸 contra nadie 馃槄 solo le dieron un serm贸n a esos muchachos que estaban bromeando cerca de la escultura.
They made us wait a long time to get in, the teacher was super upset, but because of the broken sculpture 馃ぃ I am very amused because since this semester began, this class or this group of people with whom I have to study have always had many controversies within the university, with the professors, with the classmates, it has really been a bit difficult to be in this study group, and even more so with this analytical drawing professor who is also quite difficult to deal with 馃槄; So this situation makes me very funny, because these guys continue to create controversy and now they're out of college 馃ぃ.
Nos pusieron a esperar much铆simo para entrar, el profesor estaba super molesto, pero por lo de la escultura rota 馃ぃ me causa mucha gracia porque desde que empez贸 este semestre, esta clase o este grupo de personas con las que me toco estudiar siempre hemos tenido muchas pol茅micas dentro de la universidad, con los profesores, con los compa帽eros, de verdad ha sido un poco fuerte estar en esta grupo de estudio, y mas con este profesor de dibujo anal铆tico que tambi茅n es bastante dif铆cil de tratar 馃槄; entonces esta situaci贸n me causa mucha gracia, porque siguen estos muchachos creando pol茅micas y ahora fuera de la universidad 馃ぃ.
When we enter the museum we are greeted by a majestic work by Fernando Botero, a Colombian artist who is characterized in his works by representing the volume of bodies, both in his paintings and in his sculptures he represents robust and voluminous bodies.
Cuando entramos al museo nos recibe una majestuosa obra de Fernando Botero artista colombiano que se caracteriza en sus obras por representar el volumen de los cuerpos, tanto en sus pinturas como en las esculturas representa cuerpos robustos y voluminosos.
At the reception they welcomed us and the regulations to follow to be in the museum, behind the entire hall you could see a work by the master Jes煤s Soto already in the previous post, in the visit to the museum of fine arts I talked about Soto and I showed the exhibition of him for his centenary 馃槍.

The main room of the museum is full of several very interesting pieces of art and well-known artists, among which I can highlight Alexander Calder, Rafael Barrios, Joan Mir贸, among others.
La sala principal del museo esta llena de varias piezas de arte muy interesantes y de artistas muy reconocidos, entre los cuales puedo destacar a Alexander Calder, Rafael Barrios, Joan Mir贸, entre otros.
Right there in the main room is the section of the artist of the month, which on this occasion is Professor Pedro Luis Pinto who told us a little about how his experience has been in what we call an artistic career, he also gave us some tips to manage our artistic research processes and apart from that I express my gratitude for being there exhibiting together with works by such renowned artists 馃槍.
All铆 mismo en la sala principal se encuentra la secci贸n del artista del mes, que en esta ocasi贸n es el profesor Pedro Luis Pinto quien nos hablo un poco de como ha sido su experiencia en esto que llamamos trayectoria art铆stica, tambi茅n nos di贸 algunos consejos para manejar nuestros procesos de investigaci贸n art铆stica y aparte expreso su gratitud por estar all铆 exponiendo junto a obras de artistas de tanto renombre 馃槍.
Then he told us about the works that he had exhibited there, it is a series called "LAS TETONAS" in total there are 25 pieces, but he only had 2 pieces on display, the artistic concept is in protest towards cosmetic surgeries and the modification of the bodies for the sake of beauty, but above all it is towards the idealism that exists that having breast surgery will generate social acceptance and they do not give more importance to how any other part of their body looks; well something like that was what I captured from the justification that the author Pedro Pinto was giving when he presented his work to us, he also showed us his sketches. Being able to see all that artistic process and also having the author justify his work to you was very nutritious to my knowledge 馃.
Luego nos hablo de las obras que ten铆a all铆 exhibida, se trata de una serie llamada "LAS TETONAS" en total son 25 piezas, pero solo ten铆a en exposici贸n 2 piezas, el concepto artistico es en protesta hac铆a las cirug铆as est茅ticas y la modificaci贸n de los cuerpos con motivo de belleza, pero mas que todo es hac铆a el idealismo que existe de que tener los senos operados ya te va a generar aceptaci贸n social y no le dan mas importancia a como se ves alguna otra parte de su cuerpo; bueno algo as铆 fue lo que capte de la justificaci贸n que estaba dando el autor Pedro Pinto cuando nos presento su obra, tambi茅n nos ense帽贸 sus bocetos. Poder ver todo ese proceso artistico y adem谩s que el autor te justifique su obra fue muy nutritivo para mi conocimiento 馃.
Later we descended to the lower floors where we could appreciate many wonderful works, the first pieces we saw were by the sculptor of Venezuelan descent and born in France Marisol Escobar who delights us with some very strong sculptures full of great spirituality.
Despues descendimos a los pisos inferiores en donde pudimos apreciar muchas obras maravillosas, las primeras piezas que vimos fueron de la escultora de ascendencia venezolana y nacida en Francia Marisol Escobar quien nos deleita con unas esculturas muy contundentes llenas de mucha espiritualidad.
Then we were able to appreciate a sculpture by Henry Moore, a British artist who became known for his wonderful abstract sculptures in bronze and marble; Already in the museum of fine arts I had seen another work by this great artist.
Luego pudimos apreciar una escultura de Henry Moore un artista brit谩nico que se di贸 a conocer por sus maravillosas esculturas abstractas de bronce y marmol; ya en el museo de bellas artes hab铆a conocido otra obra de este grandioso artista.
I was able to appreciate a work by the master Armando Reveron, I had only seen another one that is in the university, that's why I was glad to have this opportunity to see more of a great Venezuelan artist like Reveron was 馃槍.
Pude apreciar una obra del maestro Armando Reveron, solo hab铆a visto otra que esta en la universidad, por eso me gusto poder tener esta oportunidad de ver mas del un grandioso artista venezolano como fue Reveron 馃槍.
And tell me this sculpture, it fascinates me 馃ぉ and it is none other than Salvador Dal铆's, what a privilege to be able to appreciate these works of art 馃榿.
Y digame esta escultura, me fascin贸 馃ぉ y es ni mas, ni menos que de Salvador Dal铆 que privilegio poder apreciar estas obras de arte 馃榿.
I had never understood before the importance of these temples that we call museums, which keep the artistic history of humanity, we must generate more value to these spaces and make people aware to visit more frequently to learn about art.
Nunca antes hab铆a comprendido la importancia de estos templos que llamamos museos, que guardan la historia art铆stica de la humanidad, hay que generar mas valor a estos espacios y concientizar a las personas a visitar con mas frecuencia para aprender del arte.
Next we go to the most relevant exhibition of the museum due to the number of artistic pieces that there are to exhibit, it is a collection of works by the master painter Pablo Picasso, first we entered a small room where we could appreciate a very interesting exhibition where They showed us a kind of time line of how Picasso's art evolved only with the representation of the figure of a Bull; Seeing all that artistic process left me fascinated and helped me understand a little more the plastic language in art 馃槍.
A continuaci贸n pasamos a la exposici贸n mas relevante del museo por la cantidad de piezas art铆sticas que hay para exhibir, se trata de una colecci贸n de obras del maestro pintor Pablo Picasso, primero ingresamos a una peque帽a sala en donde pudimos apreciar una exhibici贸n muy interesante en donde nos mostraban una especie de l铆nea temporal de como fue evolucionando el arte de Picasso solo con la representaci贸n de la figura de un Toro; ver todo ese proceso artistico me dej贸 fascinado y me ayudo a entender un poco mas el lenguaje pl谩stico en el arte 馃槍.
Then we went to the main room of that floor, where many wonderful works by the master Picasso were on display 馃ぉ really having the privilege of appreciating these works from so close, just half a meter away, the same distance in which The author stood in front of the easel to paint that work, this is a unique experience filled with a lot of spiritual energy 馃槍.
Luego pasamos a la sala principal de ese piso, en donde se encontraban en exhibici贸n muchas obras maravillosas del maestro Picasso 馃ぉ de verdad que tener el privilegio de apreciar estas obras desde tan cerca, a solo medio metro de distancia, la misma distancia en la que se paraba el autor frente al caballete para pintar esa obra, esto es una experiencia unica llena de mucha energ铆a espiritual 馃槍.
I really sincerely recommend that if you have the opportunity to visit any museum, live that rewarding experience; I am getting to know the museums since I began to study arts and I have fallen in love with those temples, I have proposed to visit all the museums that I have at least here in Caracas to expand my knowledge of art and experience seeing the works up close and be able to analyze them in detail 馃榿.
De verdad que les recomiendo con toda sinceridad que si tienen la oportunidad de visitar cualquier museo vivan esa gratificante experiencia; yo estoy conociendo los museos desde que comenc茅 a estudiar artes y me he enamorado de esos templos, me he propuesto visitar todos los museos que tengo por lo menos aqui en caracas para ir expandido mis conocimientos de arte y experimentar el ver las obras de cerca y poder analizarlas a detalle 馃榿.
This was a day of much learning and reflection, I was able to empathize with that feeling that the teacher told us at the beginning that he felt very happy to be able to exhibit his works together with the works of important artists, it motivated me to achieve that objective to be proud of my works on display with important artists 馃槍 I have to work hard, be very constant, disciplined and above all continue to acquire knowledge to develop good artistic research 馃挭馃徏 that allows me to continue evolving 馃構. Este fue un d铆a de mucho aprendizaje y reflexi贸n, pude empatizar con ese sentimiento que nos comento el profesor al inicio de que se sent铆a muy feliz de poder exponer sus obras junto a las obras de artistas importantes, me motive a lograr ese objetivo para enorgullecerme de mis obras en exposici贸n junto a artistas importantes 馃槍 tengo que trabajar duro, ser muy constante, disciplinado y sobre todo seguir adquiriendo conocimientos para desarrollar una buena investigaci贸n art铆stica 馃挭馃徏 que me permita seguir evolucionando 馃構.
