I needed to go to the city center to buy some supplies for my little daughter, who is finishing studying her assigned project, which was to build a plaza based on a plaza in our city. So I went very early, before the sun was very hot, to buy the things I needed to make the model. I'll briefly tell you how it went.

Necesitaba ir al centro de la ciudad a comprar algunos útiles para mi pequeña hija, la cual esta finalizando de estudiar su proyecto asignado fue el construir una plaza tomando como modelo una plaza de nuestra ciudad. Fui entonces muy temprano, antes de que el sol calentara muy fuerte a comprar las cosas que necesitaba para elaborar la maqueta, cuento brevemente como me fue.

What I noticed was that the tires were lacking air, which I quickly inflated, the rear brake was completely unbalanced and I also made the most necessary adjustments. The rest was fine so I prepared to leave.
Salí a eso de las 8 de la mañana para llegar justo en el momento en que las tiendas comenzaran a abrir, antes de salir hice algunas revisiones de rutina a mi bicicleta para corroborar que estuviera en buen estado. Lo que noté es que le faltaban aire a los cauchos, los cuales rápido los inflé, el freno trasero estaba totalmente desbalanceado y también hice los ajustes más necesarios. Del resto estaba bien así que me dispuse a salir.
Without wasting time I took one of the fastest routes, it was of no use to go out at that time, the sun was already relentless with me, lately the weather has been very hot and you can only go out by bike in the afternoons or at night, which is a little cooler, but not having security lights I don't feel like going out much at night. I had two weeks without going out on my bike, I think it's the longest time I've gone without going out on my bike so far this year.
Sin perder tiempo tomé una de las vías más rápida, de nada me sirvió salir a esa hora, ya el sol era implacable conmigo, últimamente el clima ha estado muy caluroso y salir en bici solo se puede en las tardes o en las noches que es un poco más fresco, pero al no tener unas luces de seguridad no me animo a salir mucho por las noches. Tenía dos semanas sin salir en mi bicicleta, creo que es el tiempo más largo que he pasado sin salir en bici en lo que va de año.
Everything was going well in the first km, as there was not much traffic, very normal things on a Saturday morning, but it all depends on the area, traffic on Saturdays is always concentrated more towards the shops in the center since it is a free day. Many people come to do their weekly shopping.
Todo iba bien en los primeros Km, pues no había mucho tráfico, cosas muy normales un sábado por la mañana, pero todo depende de la zona, siempre el trafico en días sábados se concentra más hacia las tiendas del centro ya que al ser día libre muchas personas acuden a hacer sus compras semanales.
But then everything changed, when entering the first streets of the city center, the traffic was impossible, it seemed like noon. There was no space for cyclists to circulate, and despite riding my bike several times I got stuck, it was true hell.
Pero luego todo cambió, al entrar en las primeras calles del centro de la ciudad, el tráfico estaba imposible, parecía medio día. No había espacio para los ciclistas circular, y a pesar de andar en bici varias veces me quedé atascado, fue un verdadero infierno.
Just to give you a little idea, notice how little space there was, I think it was barely 1 meter away, it was impossible to maneuver that way on the bike, so I had no choice but to go at the lowest speed, to avoid a collision with anything that appeared on the road, since the vision was very limited by the number of cars there were.
Solo para que se hagan una pequeña idea, observen el poco espacio que había, creo que alcanzaba apenas 1 metro de distancia, imposible maniobrar de esa manera yendo en la bicicleta, así que no me quedó mas remedio que ir a la velocidad más baja, para evitar un choque con cualquier cosa que apareciera en el camino, ya que la visión estaba muy limitada por la cantidad de carros que había.
Thank goodness I made it to the store, I visit a store especially when I need work materials so I don't waste time visiting other places to compare prices, I'm simply already a customer, where they serve me well and I always find what I need. I placed my order: cardboard, glue, scissors, silicone and paints.
Gracias al cielo llegué a la tienda, visito una tienda en especial cuando necesito materiales de trabajo por lo que no pierdo el tiempo visitando otros lugares a comparar precios, simplemente ya soy cliente, donde me atienden bien y siempre encuentro lo que necesito. Hice mi pedido: cartulinas, pegamento, tijeras, silicon y pinturas.
Once I finished my shopping I returned to my house, but I made the wise decision to go another way, so having done this I returned to my home and by not encountering so much resistance from the traffic I was able to return earlier compared to the time spent leaving. my house. I traveled about 10 km, just on the way to the center, I felt a little heavy, my bike also made some strange sounds, I think the time is approaching to do a complete maintenance of all the parts, I hope to be able to do it soon. Una vez termiandas mis compras regresé a mi casa, pero tomé la sabia decisión de ir por otro camino, así que habiendo esto hecho retorné a mi hogar y al no encontrar tanta resistencia del tráfico pude volver más temprano en comparación del tiempo gastado al salir de mi casa. Recorrí unos 10 km, solo en la ida al centro, me sentí un poco pesado, también mi bicicleta hizo algunos sonidos raros, creo que ya se esta acercando el tiempo de hacer un mantenimiento completo de todas las piezas, eso espero poder realizarlo pronto.
