Tomorrow, December 5, 2023, we will finally have the release of the Rebellion Edition in Splinterlands. With it come many novelties and significant changes that will impact the way Splinterlands is played. In addition to the abilities that will be implemented, there will be new summoner mechanics that provide the ability to choose which effect to distribute after the revelation of the teams. Some will even allow you to compose teams using two different elements.
These mechanics will exponentially increase the strategic possibilities of the game, especially the ability to combine two elements and create never-before-seen combos. I am looking forward to seeing this in action, and I am sure that this dynamic will be a lot of fun. It's important to note that with the release of Rebellion, there will be a rotation of editions in Modern Ranked. The Untamed Edition (Untamed, Dice, and Untamed Rewards) will be directed to Wild Ranked, and only the editions Chaos Legion and Rebellion can be used in Modern.
I always found this division to be very limiting, so I decided to stay in Wild to have the possibility of using all cards available. But if you are a Modern player, it's important to be prepared for these changes as you may need to reorganize your card purchases/rentals.
Another important point to mention is the changes to the Weapons Training
All that remains is to wait for tomorrow's release of the Rebellion edition and confirm these changes. There are high expectations for this release, coupled with the great hype created by the implementation of Lands, which is bringing new utilities for cards and new economic mechanisms to Splinterlands. These innovations have directly reflected in the price of SPS

Além das habilidades que serão implementadas, teremos as novas mecânicas dos invocadores que fornecerão a capacidade de escolher qual efeito distribuir após a revelação dos times e outros permitirão que você monte composições utilizando dois elementos diferentes.
Essas mecânicas aumentarão exponencialmente as possibilidades estratégicas do jogo, principalmente a possibilidade de combinar dois elementos e criar combos nunca antes vistos. Estou ansioso para ver isso em prática e tenho certeza que essa dinâmica será muito divertida. Temos que lembrar que com o lançamento da Rebellion haverá a rotação de edições na Modern Ranked. A edição Untamed (Untamed, Dice e Untamed Rewards) será direcionada para a Wild Ranked e apenas as edições Chaos Legion e Rebellion poderão ser utilizadas no Modern.
Eu sempre achei essa divisão muito limitante e por isso acabei decidindo por permanecer no Wild para ter a possibilidade de utilizar todas as cartas à disposição, mas se você é jogador da Modern, é importante estar preparado para essas alterações pois possivelmente você precisará reorganizar suas compras/alugueis de cartas.
Outro ponto bastante importante de se mencionar são as alterações na habilidade Weapons Training
Tudo que nos resta é aguardar o dia de amanhã para o lançamento da edição Rebellion e acompanhar a confirmação sobre essas alterações. Há grandes expectativas com esse lançamento, somando com o grande hype criado pela implantação das Lands que está trazendo novas utilidades para as cartas e novos mecanismos econômicos para o Splinterlands.
