Sunset At Dawn.

When the sun was supposed to rise
In it's full glory,
When the darkness was supposed to pave way
For the morning light,
When brightness was supposed to dominate,
Alas! It was opposed and the sun set.

What more could have been disheartening
Than to realize that the morning
Has been snatched from its owner,
The chick has been stolen from mother hen,
The morning, the mother hen, lost their glory,
Alas! The sun set at dawn.

How will the morning maintain its name?
How will it not be exchanged with the evening?
How will the mother hen remain a mother?
How will it not be referred to as just a hen?

Alas! The sun set at dawn,
The day lost its light,
The light lost its glory.
Maybe another time
Maybe for others, there won't be sunset at dawn again
Affliction must not rise again.

Thank you for your time.
