The feeling of lack of motivation also comes along with procrastination, you feel like you are not motivated to write at the moment maybe next time, so it goes on and on till you realise you have not written anything in a week. It is really annoying sometimes to have everything in places in terms of time, energy and electricity and yet you don't feel like writing.
That feeling is tormenting, that is when you realise that you can't force yourself to create a content, if you do it, it will look so short and gibberish.
For me when I feel less motivated to write despite wanting to, I find a good music that can assist me in smoothing my mood.
