They say exploration is a one of the ways of learning new things. This is one of the reasons I decided to join the Hive conference on the 9th of March, 2024. The program was dubbed, "The New Internet". It was the first time I had heard of Web 3, which is a decentralized system where users have control over their own data/information. I then decided to embark on this journey of Web 3 on Hive. I am individual who spends much time on the internet, and even though Web 2 has brought of these social media apps, which are good, but I am glad that, I now have a control of my data.
