Give me Android, Trash iOS

Introduction

Yeah, you heard me right, and I repeat, give me Android and trash iOS.

Hello friends, I am excited to hop on this week's engagement, and the above words clearly show that I am a big fan of Android devices.

Mobile devices, of which mobile phones are included, have become an important tool in today's world as technology keeps advancing every day. and there is no doubt that these devices play an important role in the right hands when utilized properly. For example, the mobile devices makes for easy learning, transactions, and communication.

We can even use our mobile devices to perform online jobs and tasks and earn some cool cash, as we hivians do on a daily basis.

Different mobile devices are powered by one of two types of operating systems: Apple Inc.'s iOS is only available on iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touch devices. Google's Android operating system is utilized by a number of smartphone manufacturers, including Samsung, LG, and Google Pixel.

There is a lot of debate about iOS and Android. Some people prefer iOS since it is compatible with Apple devices like the iPhone, which is the most common and trending Apple device. Others like Android because it offers greater customization options. I go with Android, and here are some reasons that made me choose Android.

1. It's customizable interface: Android phones are so easy to customize according to one's unique taste, which is a special feature; you can change the wall paper, icon size, and even the arrangement of icons. Personally, I like icons on my Androids, and I prefer dark themes and wallpapers. This was need with ease when I got my first Android device, an itel A50.

2. Freedom to use third-party app stores: unlike most iOS devices, where installing third-party apps is very difficult and most times you have to pay more, like buying the app from the app store, installing third-party apps on Android phones is very easy, seamless, and free.

Just with an internet connection and at the comfort of wherever you find yourself, you can easily install a third-party app within the time range of a minute or two, depending on how fast your internet connection is. There is no stress at all, and you can install a third-party app when you need to do so on your Android device.

3. Options from different manufacturers: Android gives you the freedom to choose from different manufacturers. For example, if you're not a fan of Samsung products, you can easily look for other brands or manufacturers that use the Android operating system for their mobile devices, and I tell you, there are a lot of them, such as Nokia, Huawei, LG, Xiaomi, and the rest of them, each offering different models with various features and price points.

This feature of choosing from other manufacturers is not common to iOs. iOS does not give users the option to choose from other manufacturers. iOS is exclusively developed by Apple Inc. and is designed to run only on Apple devices, so this means that when you choose iOS, you are limited to the range of devices offered by Apple.

4. Various Devices for Various Budgets: Andriod devices ensure that there is something for everyone. They are available at various prices and specifications to meet various budgets. Whether someone is looking for a high-end phone with top-of-the-line features or a budget-friendly device with essential functions, you definitely get an Android device according to your budget.

unlike iOS devices, where most come with a fixed and outrageous price. If someone is looking for a more affordable iOS device, their options within the official Apple product lineup are somewhat restricted to older iPhone models or smaller, less feature-rich versions of the latest iPhones. Android's open nature allows a multitude of manufacturers to create devices tailored to different budgets and needs, which is a characteristic that sets it apart from iOS.

5. Durability and longevity: Many Android users report that their devices remain strong and functional even after several years of use. Unlike iOS devices, Android smartphones are often designed to be sturdy and are more easily repairable if damaged. For instance, I've been using my Android phone since March 2020. Despite having a cracked screen, it still works perfectly fine.

Additionally, Android phones, in general, tend to have larger battery capacities compared to iPhones. While iPhone users sometimes struggle with battery life, needing to carry power banks and frequently charging their devices, many Android users find their devices last longer on a single charge.

Conclusion

These are just a few features of Android that made me love it. Android devices are great with great features and quality, so when you hear me say trash iOS and give me Android, please do it quickly.
