Hi Hivians!
It's a beautiful morning, I'm glad to be back in engaging in #hive with quality contents. However, I've been in the ecosystem but mostly doing some comments, reblogs and waving in #ecency. About this week's engagement, I got inspired from @peckypeace blog when she shared about her favorite game. Scrabble as she mentioned is also one of my favorite games but today I want to talk about my most preferable game, whot.
Whot is a card game where two or more players participate. When a player uses up its card, he ends up being the winner of the contest. In whot game, some specific numbers are specially used as an advantage over the competitor. These numbers could contain the option of picking two, general bombing, go to market, give a shape, suspension, etc. The game is often played in picnics, among peers, families, etc. It is a game that brings joy and harmony amongst people. Why? This is because when one wins or loses, there's no room for grudge or anger because it's just a family game. Though I got to understand that some people use the game to gamble which is not ethical. The whot game is exciting and very interesting.
My Suggestion
On the other hand, #hive has grown to a level of integrating some #web2 ideas to #web3 - for example, the gaming activity which attracts the genz like me, lol to participate in contests have been initiated by the #Splinterlands team but the advantage is the play2earn scheme, that is, gamers do earn while playing. If whot game can be implemented in #hive, it'll go a long way bringing more users to the blockchain.
