Greetings to all and sundry,
It is a beautiful new week today and a pleasant time to learn and share even as we continue growing together as a family and community. We do hope that your weekend has been fun and fulfilling and that you have been following up with all of Hive Ghana's activities and projects being run.
We encourage our members to not get left behind, learn and share and when you can be present so that together we can take Hive to the masses. Learning is an everyday thing after all. Now talking about learning, how many of us know about Dapps?
Ok so to put it in the simplest of terms these are apps that are run on the Hive blockchain that brings in addition functions and make the Hive ecosystem more fun and interesting, also makes interaction in various forms easier. The most common example i can use is threespeak, now if you haven't heard of this, check it out at 3speak.tv
It enables one to upload their videos on to the blockchain so that you could share whichever content you want with us and also have the option of selecting the specific communities in which you would want this to be seen. Interesting right?
So for this week's activities we would want to not only expose you to Dapps through interactive learning and sharing but also get you to give them a try if you haven't. For our activity for this week, we want you to tell us, "Which of the Dapps is your favorite". Do not panic if you haven't had exposure to many, as i mentioned earlier this is an opportunity for you to be exposed to them.
Do your research read on them, create accounts find out how they work, give them a try and let us know the feedback, perhaps you could get a favorite out of that or you could tell us which of them you think you would like amongst the various ones available from your research. Learning is more fun when it done together and you will not only be learning but teaching us to also do same.
