AN OVERVIEW OF TECHNOLOGY

Technology has gone a long way to make things that used to be difficult easier for people these days. Different technological appliances are created daily with the aim to apply scientific knowledge and create stuffs that are beneficial to human race. There are different forms of technology all over the world ranging from mobile phones, the internet, computer, health, mobility, solar power and so many more.

No doubt as an individual,technology has been an essential part of my growth and has helped achieve feats that could not have been possible. For instance, the use of calculators helped essentially in high school. Also, in the university, the use of computers for research and documentation of seminar papers and assignments was really helpful, also, the use of mobile phones to do virtually everything ranging from reading books, articles and notes on subjects, virtual communications with school work and personal life, fun taking memories in pictures and videos. Although ranges of technology are the smart TV, solar powered inverter that does not allow you depend on the poor electricity, digital technology like drones, cameras, power banks and so on.

BENEFITS OF technology

Technology has been beneficial to both the male and the female genders in this generation. This is why I would be discussing one particular technology that is peculiar to women in this time. But for the benefits of technology we have:

• in using computers, technology has broken the barrier of ignorance. It has helped people become more informed and more exposed to things happening around them. I am a consistent user of Google, as I am proactive and want to be aware of virtually every new I hear for the first time. We can access anything anywhere and at anytime globally.
• technology has also broken the barriers of lack of communication. At a time, distance relationships were not entirely possible, but with the use of smartphones, laptops people can communicate virtually via zoom, Skype, whatsap, Facebook and so on.
• like the use of calculators, technology has made tasks easier. Either by using robotic artificial intelligence to create images and articles, the use of vaccum cleaners to get house chores done, the use of electronic blenders to do kitchen duties like Grinding, microwave food, ovens, water heater and so many more.

Although, it has been available for quite a while now, but it keeps upgrading by the day. I am talking about the rechargeable portable hand fan women use these days. Almost every woman has this device that allows you to enjoy cool breeze for a period of hours.

The portable rechargeable fan is a popular device especially in my country where the hot weather can be crazy at times and manually using the handfan can be uncomfortable. The portable fan is capable of usage for 5hours straight if you get the good one, it is handy and comfortable for practically all occasions.

There are various uses of the portable hand and some include:

• FOR Brides OR WEDDINGS:It is no longer news that brides on their wedding day make use of this particular type of device, to keep them cool and also to sustain their make up.
• FOR HOT Periods OR WEATHER: This fan is useful and can be use in a hot weather when someone wants to take a nap. All you do is to place it on a stable surface and enjoy your sleep.
• MOVABLE: You can move them anywhere and anytime. When traveling you can drop the bigger ones in you traveling bag and the smaller one can contain your hand bag.
• LESS ELECTRICITY : They don't sap too much electricity. You can even use a power bank to charge it when it's low.
• BATTERY LIFE :THE battery life is strong and durable and can go for seven hours or more depending on the battery capacity.
