No doubt you learnt a important lesson from your dealings with that roommate of yours, Peter. Taking decisions is a complex process and we should always take deep thought, considering all the facts and possible outcomes of the decision we are about to take. I'm sure if you had thought deeply enough you wouldn't have made that mistake. It's good you learnt a lesson from it and you were also able to raise money to complete your fees.
