Monday, early in the morning, cold and foggy.
An easy pace run into the Magpie's Valley and back. When I turn back down I hear steps coming fast from behind me. There can be only one runner at this time, here and run so fast. The Rabbit!
It's a nickname, of course. Boris "The Rabbit" is an excellent ultrarunner training for yet another Ultrabalathon run. We both pick up his pace when we greet each other and decide to run together to Črnuče. This means a pace of 4:34 for the 7th kilometer. Very fast for me, easy for him.
Boris, it was great to meet you and run together for a quarter of an hour. Until next time.
