This was a properly carried out workout after a long long time. I am in a bit of a slump at the time. For the last four weeks or more, actually. No motivation, no drive. Perhaps today was a turning point and things will improve in the near future.

Anyways, a long interval workout with five times 8 minutes of pace sections with four minutes of jog in between. Together with warmup and cooldown it was good 14 kilometers of a steady run. Asphalt, gravel, forest path, even hills in the end. It reminded me why I love to run. Great.

Days are still sunny and warm. Autumn has been generous so far. Let it remain so for some time.
