It was the same type of run like yesterday although a bit slower and with a shorter cooldown.

It shows that fatigue is building. The solution is simple. Not less running, no no. Just less screen time and more sleep, easy.

Tempo sections were quite slow yet still in a progression. I would say there is progress to be felt yet it will take some time for the body to catch up and recover.

Tomorrow, one hour long easy run. Then flotation. I am looking forward to it.
