This was the same exercise as on Tuesday - 6 times 3 minutes of 5:00 to 5:30 pace with 3 minutes of jog.

No, I feel tired. This was the fifth around-one-hour-long run in the last six days. It's not that I don't have stamina for it. Yet, with daily activities, too much screen time, not enough sleep, some fatigue shows. It should show.
The recovery metric is accurate:
Otherwise, everything is great. It's a short run tomorrow which gives ample time to really recover. The plan for the next three days:
Intervals again on Saturday, one repetition shorter as today, followed by a slow and longer run on Sunday. It will be a journey in the woods for sure.
