first intervals after a long time

ervin-lemark just finished a 11.06km run, that lasted for 66 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 671.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

It was my first intervals exercise after a long time. Nothing special, 6 times 3 minutes. Yet, it is a rewarding feeling when you finish the task.

Two takeaways from today's run:

  • eating cucumbers before the exercise is the best recipe for a guaranteed burping during the run
  • the average pace of the sections was as planned
  • quick parts were meant to be ran at 5:00 to 5:30 pace which isn't really quick yet it's a start
  • the outcome was: 5:14, 5:11, 5:12, 5:10, 5:11, 4:48 - pretty consistent

This is how the first week looks like so far.

I need to find out what these numbers in the upper right corner of the daily exercise display mean. It can't be a realization percentage, I think.

As for the metrics, some changes are visible already.

Tomorrow, a one hour recovery run at a pace of 6:00 to 7:00. Easy does it.

better and better
