Early Monday morning, a transition to the home day. Before that, I took the opportunity to have a short run. There is a school nearby and they have a track which is 200 meters long.
At first, I just made rounds. Then I decided to do some intervals, each one kilometre long, three repeats
It went well enough. Here are some photos to prove it.
The track is at 7 am still a bit dark.
15 minutes and one interval later.
How many 200 meters long loops did I do?
Lap times. Intervals were not really fast.
It was a great little run.
Better and better
