The devs over at RollerCoin sure are working fast to make their game competitive in the booming Play2Earn space! Shortly after releasing Season 2 the RollerCoin ecosystem was hit with a series of waves of bans each shaking off people abusing the games rules and systems. Essentially if you have ever used a extension or automated script to try and get around authenticating or playing the games involved in RollerCoin simulated environment you are risking a ban (or already ate one).
For those of us playing by the rules and not trying to abuse the RollerCoin ecosystem this is 100% a good thing. A game we enjoy just shook off thousands of parasites and became a better product for it! Score!
In the recent announcement of this ban wave we also got a ton of news about how this might effect people who might have inadvertently referred parasitic accounts, news on the future of the RLT loot crate, and some changes coming to CryptoHampster.
To see the news I'm most excited about you're going to need to dig a little deeper and head back a few more days.
Back on the seventh when Dark Star was announced and everyone collectively lost their minds over the quests and rewards a huge piece of news was reveled.
It seems to me like this massive news about the future of the RollerCoin marketplace got overshadowed by the overall Dark Star hype and the boom of new players looking to mine BNB.
Friend, open and usable markets are going to be coming to all of the Play2Earn games that we are currently playing and loving and the assets what we have spent these last months and years collecting are going to become available for resale over night. This is going to be a massive event in Play2Earn gaming and it's not coincidence that so many other games (like Splinterlands) are adding this kind of player market functionality.
The devs working on these games know that the real money is going to be in building tools allow the players to buy and sell to each others while the devs take a singled digit percentage thousands of times a second. As a play, I'm for it! Give me the tools and keep the games we love growing by creating interesting and diverse income streams! Keep cryptogaming alive and well and it's going to become a part of more and more people portfolios and that is good for all of us!
