Es característico de la cultura que se hagan festivales, y que debido a la pandemia se tengan que realizar de manera virtual, pues es el caso del festival nacional de música colombiana, les cuento un poco de esto…
Este es un festival que se realiza cada año en mi ciudad, como les he comentado anteriormente vivo en ibague Tolima, considerada la ciudad musical de Colombia, en donde se llevan acabo diferentes eventos musicales, en este caso durante una semana, se realiza este festival, que nace en el año 1987, conmemorando al dueto Garzon y Collazos, un dueto de hombres que dejaron muy en alto la cultura musical de Colombia.

Actualmente la música esta atravesando duros momentos debido a la pandemia, afortunadamente existe la tecnología y esta versión que es la 35 del festival se llevará acabo de manera virtual, del 16 al 20 de julio del 2021, y hasta este 5 de mayo se pueden inscribir los diferentes artistas que quieran participar, según datos, ya van muchos inscritos por lo tanto la participación a pesar de los inconvenientes ha sido alta, esto es un indicativo bueno pues la cultura musical debe cultivarse siempre a pesar de las circunstancias.
Este evento promueve, impulsa y resalta el folclor no solo tolimense si no de todo Colombia, a partir del cual se premia a los mejores artistas o grupos para diferentes categorías, la mayoría de estas es enalteciendo duetos y músicos importantes que han tenido lugar a lo largo de la historia de Colombia, es por esto que es un evento digno de apoyar, a pesar de las circunstancias actuales.
