Sleep More

Overworking and not getting enough sleep can make you wake up feeling moody, which will allow mood swing to set in. Getting enough sleep doesn't only benefit your overall heath, it also helps to keep your mood in check. Having a good 7 - 9 hours sleep as recommended by doctors, will help you feel rejuvenated and active for the day's work. Sleeping helps to recharge the body the body's energy and mood. Lack of sleep tends to make our body feel weak, stressed and tensed up, which will lead to us becoming moody. You can't see someone who hasn't slept for over 23 hours full of energy.

To avoid mood swings, make sure you get at least 7 hours sleep daily, An easy way to get proper sleep every night, is by switching off all your mental activities and let yourself think of sleep as you lay on your bed. Make sure the room is dark and there isn't any illumination coming into the room from anywhere. Put away your phones and laptops, switch off the television. You can turn on a nice soothing music on a very low volume. I like soft jazz music playing in the background while I try to fall asleep, because it helps me to drift easily to sleep. Lighting scented candles or using essential oils, can also help you fall asleep quickly as they were made specially to help induce sleep. You will wake up the next day feeling completely rejuvenated and in good mood to start the day's business activities. So ensure you are having good hours of sleep time everyday to avoid getting mood swings.
