The Luizão Goulart's proposal examines a new law that enables all Brazilian workers to have a choice to demand employers for payment in cryptos. Nonetheless, the bill warrants cryptocurrency payments to be made only after selling a common agreement among the employer and workers. According to the translated variant of the bill:
'The limits of the percentage of payment (compensation) in cryptos will be of the worker’s free decision. Any pressure by the employer will be banned.'

The bill highlights the development of finance from a barter system and fiat currencies to BTC concentrating on the decentralization phase which eliminates the dependence on a central entity or a single person.

If it is accepted into the law, the Luizão Goulart bill will install an agreement between the employers and the workers for deciding the percentages of payment in cryptocurrency and in fiat. According to Luizão Goulart:
'Most importantly, the proposal will help cooperate in the purpose of the 'cash' problem of the Federal, State and Municipal governments by giving payment alternatives, and at the same time, moving an enormous Market Economy that lies ahead.'
Asking for the endorsement of the proposal, Luizão Goulart also mentioned the need to build a global economy that improves the everyday lives of citizens and gives a good degree of life for all. The bill will be passed into law next 90 days from the day of approval.
