Seeing the template with the stone tower makes me think of the Knights Templars. They were not only warrior knights who protected people on crusades but great builders and architects.
A young knight returns to the castle after years of protecting pilgrims in the Middle East. The dog and cats are anxious to see who is arriving at the castle.
