Silhouettes / Shaking the skeleton in the Noa-Noa nightclub

On this occasion I want to share with you the following work, the realization of a collage, which has been an image made up of a set of elements that are added on a particular background. In this case, the analog method has been used fundamentally. That is to say, the handmade one, very much in the style of the manual arts of the primary school, where a series of pieces are cut and glued; then, if you want, with the help of some editing software, some details are enhanced and a final image is generated.

Let's see the procedure to follow:

Step 1. The objective here is to give prominence to a silhouette of a couple of dancers. For this, the outline of the characters was drawn with white crayon on a black cardboard, and then, with the use of scissors, it was cut out.

Step 2. Subsequently, a circle was drawn on a yellow cardboard in order to create contrast between the background and the silhouette of the characters. Also, the yellow circle makes some allusion to the sun or some light source. Said circle adhered, at the same time, to a fuccia colored cardboard.

Step 3. With the help of markers, the musical symbols were drawn on the yellow background, as if to give an idea about the music that the couple dances.

Step 4. Four pieces of green and yellow cardboard were cut out as hearts and glued on the fuchsia background. The hearts allude to the love and happiness shared by the imaginary couple

Step 5. Corresponds to the final image, the one on the cover of this post, which was obtained by processing the collage photo using the image editor of my device, only in order to enhance some details (contrast, saturation, etc. .) and to create a finish, in my opinion, simply spectacular (of course, because I did it. Ha ha ha).
