Freedom of expression is one of the most violated human rights. Unconsciously maybe we've done it, for example when a school friend is telling a story and expressing his opinion there are only friends who interrupt his organization. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Freedom of opinion is guaranteed constitutionally in Article 28 of the 1945 Act.

Freedom of expression is very important to be guaranteed protection so that people do not feel worried. Each expressed opinions or deficiencies in the government process. Freedom of expression actually benefits all citizens and the government itself. from freedom of expression, we become more aware of what are the advantages and disadvantages in our government processes.

In order to minimize the violation of human rights, especially freedom of expression, what should we do?

  1. Uphold the constitution of the State chapter of freedom of speech
  2. Everyone is aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each individual so that they can accept criticism/opinions of others who are different.
  3. Transparency of members of the government with their people.
  4. Expressing opinions along with reasons that make sense, are polite and are responsible
  5. There is maturity in expressing opinions.
