As we go further into the The fall season, we can notice the weather starting to get dryer by the day, the air more crisp and the humidity is almost non-existence. The fall season most definitely come with a lot of changes and aspect of our daily routines as humans are forced to change considering the change in weather, and our skincare routine is also a huge part of this change .

In today's post i am going to cover the changes to skincare routine in respect to changing season and the best step by step routine which should be incorporated this fall season for the healthiest looking skin.... so if you are interested keep on reading.

Changing Our skin care routine most definitely is unavoidable through out the year and one major reason is due to the seasonal changes in weather ,the different skincare ritual to maintain healthy skin are not suitable for all the season of the year when considering weather factors like humidity, temperature and so on, that is why changing your skincare is very important.

For this fall weather we all notice the dryness in air or that is why our main goal to target this fall should be moisture retention to maintain a glowy moisturised looking skin.

                How To Maintain Glowy Skin This Fall

I am going to be sharing the step by step use of products to help you maintain healthy skin. Disclaimer: not every individual's skin is suitable for this steps which is going to be listed below, as a result of the differences in skin type.

          Step By Step body care routine for healthy skin

Step 1- Using moisturising body wash is essential this fall, during the summer using cleansing washes because of the temperature, but this kind of avoid body wash tend to be more which would stripe away your natural body oil, Run warm water through your body to help open your pores an absorb product better, lather some moisturising body gel or bar soap using a bath cloth which (Dove deep moisture , Aveeno daily moisturising, Olay ultra moisture, Cerave hydrating cleansing bar , Dove original).

Step 2: Body scrub are essential for every time of the year but the type of body scrub used in the different of the year should be monitored, a moisturising body scrub should be incorporated to help renew skin , but should be occasional to avoid abrasion of the skin.use a body polish right after using and rinsing of body wash when body is still damp the rinse ( Dove exfoliating body polish, Shea Moisture coconut& hibiscus illuminating body scrub).

Step 3 - Moisture intensive body lotion are mostly water based body lotion , this is very beneficial to keep the skin hydrated and glowy, using a moisture intensive body lotion deeply moisturises the skin and protect against dryness. (Crave daily moisturising lotion, Nutrogena hydro boost lotion gel cream, Nivea fresh fusion lotion, Dove body love lotion).

Step 4 - Oils have always been in use for a very long time in several routines and this is not left out when it comes to skincare routine too. using a body oil right after you shower and your body is still damps would help to deeply moisturise your skin as oil helps to lock in moisture, make sure to do this before your body lotion. ( Vaseline intensive care cocoa radiant oil, Bio oil body oil, Dr teals lavender moisturising bath and body oil)

step 5- Face wash which are moisture intensive would help to keep face moisturised, avoid using striping face wash especially acne wash which contain that strip the skin, maintaining a glowy facial skin when you incorporate moisturising face wash into your body care routine. (Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, Cerave renewing SA cleaner, Laroche- posay toleriane hydrating facial cleanser)

step 6 - Moisturising face mask should be used after a face wash, moisturising face mask like sheet mask should be used this fall , doing a face mask every now and then is important as this helps to keep the all the nourishing elements. (hydrating sheet mask, Neutrogena Hydro Boost hyrdating hydrogel mask).

step 7- Avoid using alcohol facial toners as this toner a]have harsh ingredients that can cause flakiness due to weather conditions, this fall focus on using moisturising facial toner to brighten up and moisturise your face. (Pixie glow tonic, Garnier skin active micellar water, Simple soothing facial toner, green tea, glycerine, rosewater contained toner).

step 8 - Considering facial using serums , use a moisturising facial serums like niacinamide as this serum are okay in the summer time but this serums can be drying and would be to extreme for the cooler weather ( Typology hyaluronic acid +B5 serum, vitamin c serums, Retinol serums ).

step 9 - Moisture intensive face cream are most essential at this time of the year regardless of skin type, finding facial moisturisers that are good for your skin type is important for example oily skin type individuals should consider water based moisturisers which would help (Simple kind to skin replenishing rich moituriser, Cetaphil facial hydrating lotion, Cerave Moisturizing cream, Neutrogena Hydroboost moisturiser).

step 10 - Avoid shaving and hair removal creams with harsh ingredients using a more hydrating shaving cream like a moose consistency is more beneficial to remove hair (Nivea foaming silk mousse body wash, Aveeno therapeutic shave gel, Aveeno positively smooth moisturising shaving gel, Eos shea better shave cream).

step 11 - Body scents are deodorants are very essential every time of the year, but we have to be careful of the ingredients used in this body scent especially deodorant which may contain harmful ingredients that may cause area of application to become dry of flaky, instead go for a more Eco-friendly deodorant which would be generally safer.
