En esa búsqueda permanente, en 1993, tuve la experiencia de conocer un maestro de origen hindú, de él aprendí sobre las bondades de la madre tierra, acerca de la correcta selección de los alimentos, el uso medicinal de las plantas, cómo vivir en armonía con nosotros y nuestro entorno, toda una transformación real. Inspirado en todos estos saberes, exploré y trabajé con diferentes tipos de harinas y almidones de la zona andina, usados como complementos nutricionales con propiedades medicinales.
Me he desempeñado en el campo educativo como instructor de música en escuelas regulares, como también con niños especiales, seres humanos sencillos y extraordinarios; aprendí mucho de estos ángeles, sobre todo su tolerancia y sencillez ante sus limitaciones. Actualmente formo parte del cuidado de personas ancianas que, por sus padecimientos y limitaciones físicas, necesitan compañía y dedicación en los últimos años de su vida.
Me he mantenido en el camino de la alimentación saludable, investigando y experimentando en el diseño de fórmulas en productos horneados con el uso de semillas, cereales y vegetales como ingredientes alternativos, el uso de plantas medicinales para fortalecer nuestro organismo, todo esto al lado de mi esposa, que con sus aportes ha sido pilar fundamental en este propósito.
Nos hemos empeñado difundir conocimientos en relación a la alimentación natural. En esta tarea tenemos como misión, servir y ayudar a tomar esa decisión de escuchar y escucharse, de ser más conscientes y entender lo necesario de un cambio en nuestros hábitos. Nos enfocamos en este esfuerzo, con el objetivo de ayudar a todo aquel hermano que lo necesite.

From now on you will know me: I am Aníbal José López Contreras, I am 57 years old, Venezuelan. I was born in a town in the Andean mountain range called Seboruco in the state of Táchira, which means Stone in the aboriginal language.
Between childhood pranks and my studies, I spent my first years of pleasant moments with my family. As a child, I listened to my mother's songs, which I later learned, and my father guided me in learning the Cuatro (national instrument). From then on, I identified myself with music, divine inspiration. In the eighties, a very dear aunt gave me a treasure, a guitar, which I learned to play in a self-taught way, after forty years it is still playing with me.
Throughout this journey I have been able to integrate and enjoy the company of people from different regions of the country and from other latitudes. I have worked in the educational field as a music instructor in regular schools, as well as with special children, simple and extraordinary human beings; I learned a lot from these angels, especially their tolerance and simplicity in the face of their limitations. Currently I am part of the care of elderly people who, because of their ailments and physical limitations, need company and dedication in the last years of their lives.
I have kept myself on the path of healthy eating, researching and experimenting in the design of formulas in baked goods with the use of seeds, cereals and vegetables as alternative ingredients, the use of medicinal plants to strengthen our body, all this next to my wife, who with her contributions has been a fundamental pillar in this purpose.
We are committed to disseminate knowledge in relation to natural nutrition. In this task our mission is to serve and help to make the decision to listen and listen to ourselves, to be more aware and understand the need for a change in our habits. We focus on this effort, with the objective of helping every brother who needs it.
