THE FIRST INTRODUCTION

Who I am?

I’m Nguyen Trang and Tani is my nickname which is something I love when someone calls me. I was born in Quang Nam which is a province in central Vietnam. Currently, I’m 22 years old and a final-year student at the university of science and technology which is one of the prestigious universities in Da Nang city.

This is a photo from my green summer trip to Nam Giang, which is near the Lao-Vietnamese border.

Currently, I am living and studying in Da Nang city. My home is 33 kilometers from my university, so I frequently come back home on weekends. My major is construction economics at the University of Da Nang - The University of science and technology. I admit that college has significantly influenced my life because it brings me many lessons and new friends. The percentage of male students is approximately 75% of all students at my university. But that's not a problem for me because I enjoy studying in this environment.😁

Even though I attend a school where the majority of the students are boys, they are extremely delicate and great.

My major is unique in that I will complete three internships before graduating: an awareness internship, a worker internship, and a graduation internship. And this is a photo from my memorable worker internship on a construction site. I had the opportunity to visit a construction site and become acquainted with the work of a real construction engineer. Perhaps you're wondering why I am a girl but chose this major. It's because I like the new things in this industry; it's not just construction; it's a combination of two fields: economics and construction. It looks likely to be interesting and that is the reason why I chose this major.

The worker's internship helped me to brush up on my knowledge of my major.

Because of the complicated COVID epidemic situation, all schools have transitioned from traditional to online learning. So I am currently forced to study online at home. This is also a big challenge for most students, but after a while, I got used to learning online. And the exams will be easy if I study seriously. I'm hoping that shortly, the COVID-19 epidemic will be under control so I can return to school for the final semesters of my undergraduate studies.

My hometown

This is the place that will welcome you to Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province where I was born and raised. Dai Loc is one of the districts of Quang Nam province, the picture below is a small town in Dai Loc district, it's called Ai Nghia town. I believe that you will be surprised if you witness the rapid change of this town, from a poor town, now Ai Nghia has become a densely populated place with many entertainment and shopping spots with famous brands. There is only nearly a month left until the Lunar New Year, so this place is splendidly decorated with different bright lights.

And here is Huynh Ngoc Hue high school, which is a place containing many happy and sad memories of school time. This is also the place where I can make true friends with whom I can share stories and get advice up to this point.

Huynh Ngoc Hue - my high school

This is my great friend, we are wearing white ao dai. It is a traditional Vietnamese costume. I think the white Ao Dai represents purity and innocence, and it has stayed with me since I was in high school for three years.

A FEW OF MY HOBBIES

Travel

I often have random trips with friends. After each stressful exam, I usually go to places with fresh air before starting a new semester. The poetic beauty of the sea and the majesty of the mountains motivated us to explore. It's a wonderful time to be one with nature. I'm the type of girl with a strong personality who enjoys heights, mountain biking, and other activities that encourage exploration.

Drinking coffee and watching stunning views help me relax and have more ideas for work. And this is also my favorite drink.

Cooking

Cooking is no longer a foreign concept to students like me. Going to school away from home necessitates that I prepare my meals in order to maintain good health and study effectively. I live with my senior, who inspires me and shares my cooking experience. We only go out to eat when we are too preoccupied with our course projects.

Volunteer

When I was a freshman, I began volunteering. I am happy for the opportunity to travel to distant lands, meet, and assist a portion of the local population. I appreciate the people here because, despite their difficult and needy circumstances, they are adorable, hardworking, and eager to learn. They are one of the motivations for me to continue actively participating in social activities and assisting those in similar situations.

I will undoubtedly continue to participate in social activities to assist and share with difficult people for them to advance in life. Because I am young and part of the Z generation, I am not afraid to challenge myself.

Why do I join Hive?

I promise to have good articles sharing my stories, trips, and as well as my positives when coming to Hive. I recognize that this is an opportunity that I can freely share and write about my experiences with friends from all over the world. Especially, I hope to bring you to know more interesting things about the culture and cuisine of Viet Nam.

THANKS VERY MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY POST
