Teeth cleaning is a very necessary action but we often take it for granted; our teeth. I am no doctor but I have something really important to talk about. May you be a teenager, an adult, or a parent, know that it is very important for us and our children to have healthy teeth. Myself being an adult and having a niece, I understand how difficult it is to get oneself into a brushing course. But, just like we are very careful about our work, our health, our food habits, so we need to be about our teeth. Health is wealth, after all.

This is coming from a victim of circumstances or more like, "নিজের পায়ে নিজে কুড়াল মারা"- nijer paye nije kural mara. It basically means, self-hurt but mostly the scenario is this that it happens unknowingly. Sometimes in our life, we think we are making the right decisions but we aren't. We are basically diving into something which is not better for us by ourselves. Being careless is the prime reason to face such consequences.

Therefore, it is important for us to become aware that unhealthy teeth can cause many health problems that directly affect our mental and physical health. We are aware that if our body isn't functioning properly, all the cells become alert, more like the action cells. Why? Even if we tend to have a horrible diet yet our body has the ability to keep us alive.

Now, our duty is to make its work much easier than complicated. Now, we have a scaler in the market for unprofessional uses or more like, for home remedies. A useful tool for teeth cleanses at home to help us keep our teeth clean and fresh, besides brushing. At first, it used to be hectic to go and come forth doctor just for scaling purposes. If something can be done by oneself, it is better to take responsibility for it than ignore it.

Now, scaling can be done at home and by self. Keep one's brush habit steady and keep brushing. Anyone facing any kind of teeth problem, study on it than just visiting a doctor. For a healthy lifestyle, it is important to be aware of which steps to take, omit and skip. Hopefully, we won't be playing with our teeth habits and will also work hard to keep it healthy. Healthy teeth can keep your mental, dental and physical health, steady and healthy.
