#Hive is so much boring for those people who are not creative, hard workers, and passionate and I believe that very strongly. Because at the very beginning of my blockchain journey I had no creative skills. So blockchain became boring for me. But I'm a very hard worker and passionate guy, So I worked so hard to find out my best creative skills and I found myself as a creative writer and now I just love to explore the #hive blockchain with my creative writing. I was never thinking of left this platform for a single moment, but I always tried my best for onboarding new users in this Blockchain. In my two years journey, I was able to onboarding @uttambarman my younger brother, @nnipuzz my colleague, @sajurahman my colleague, @pradiproy my roommate, @smshagorbd my roommate and finally, @artistparthoroy was the completely unknown person for me. I said that #Hive is a very boring platform that has no creative skills and passion. Among those people, only @uttambarman and @artistparthoroy are very active on #Hive. Today I'm going to share how I was able to convince @artistparthoroy and how I become a very proud mentor for #Hive Blockchain.
I'm very proud of myself that I born in Bangladesh because Bangladesh has millions of very talented young people. Being the third world country those talented people are not getting proper support or proper platform to utilize and explore their real talent and creative works. As per my two years, observation Hive is the best platform for creative and talented people all over the world and any talented artist is very successful in this platform. I always searching for a talented creative artist for the hive Blockchain. Suddenly, I got Partho Roy on my Facebook profile. So I invited him to join #Hive for changing his artist life.
Being an unknown person I was so difficult to convince him to join in Hive. But I know some trick, how to convince an unknown person for offering something. He is from my younger brother's university and it was a very positive point for me. Within a short time, I was able to build trust upon me. He is a very positive-minded guy and hopes he also searching for a freelance platform for his bright career. So he shows me a great interest.
So I loved to tell him all about #Hive Blockchain. Firstly I introduce Hive.blog to him as a great blogging platform for creative people and what he can do on hive blockchain, in a very simple way. I told him that he can share his creative works like drawing, sketching, painting, step by step process with description. When did he ask me how he can start? Then I felt that this guy have a tremendous interest in new things and he's the perfect guy for Hive Blockchain. So I started convincing him with my best.
After sending him the Hive Blockchain link we have visited the hive blockchain and feedback me with the sentence it is very complicated. Then I promised him that I will help him until he will able to understand the overall process of the hive Blockchain. After having such kind of great attitude from me Partho become very guilty on me. This is very common, why an unknown person trying to help him, wasting his valuable time. But I was really capable of explaining why I'm want to help him. I just told him The great Hive Blockchain give me such kind of helping mentality and this is the only truth.
Before creating a Hive account I also explained in detail why he had to join in the hive and how he can build a better career on the hive and also in his real life. Partho is a great guy so in short, he was able to realize that he must join in Hive.
Then I send him the link of hive onboarding. I told him all process about how to sign up for hive. Mentoring him every single step by taking a screenshot.
When he becomes successful to great his account in hive blockchain, told him to keep all password very safe not in an online-based platform. Then told him to log in with his posting key. After logging in I told him to complete his profile and he did it very well.
I also helped him in every step at the time of completing his profile also help him to write a proper bio, adding profile and background picture.
Then I told him all about the forbidden work in the hive. About plagiarism, about the master copy of art e.t.c and convinced him to create 100℅ original content on the hive.
Then I guided him on how to create a proper introduction post. How to write for the hive blockchain step by step. After completing his writing and uploading pictures I gave him a proper guideline about perfect Hashtag.
I also delegate him 20 Hive power from my younger brother Hive's account that he did n't face any RC issue. When he successfully submitted his introduction post. I told him to download the discord app on his mobile phone and taught him how to create an ID in discord. Then I send the maximum number of hive discord community invitation links and he joined very successfully.
Then I guide him on how to share the post links on various post promotion channels and told him to open a twitter account that he can share his post on Twitter. Also guided how to share a post on the Twitter page and also mention tweet link in his post comments section.
From then he is sharing his art post in various hive communities. Within one month he got a reputation of more than 65, really unbelievable, I'm also 65 but I did it in two years. He really deserves it.
I also guide him on how to convert HBD to give and how to sell Hive for making liquid money. Now he is doing great on this platform, and I'm moving for my next one.
The power of the hive always work inside me, now I am a real man only for the hive, so I want to spread the message of Hive to that person who are really very creative, hard worker and passionate.
