Hola comunidad de HIVE. Soy Jesús Peñaloza (@jesuspenaloza), cuento con 44 años de edad. Soy venezolano, nacido en Maracay, estado Aragua. Docente, con 21 años de servicios, en el nivel de educación media. Me destaco por interactuar mucho con los jóvenes y les guío en su proceso formativo y desarrollo personal. De igual forma, soy proactivo para llevar a cabo proyectos educativos y de integración sociocomunitaria. Resido en la ciudad de Maracay, estado Aragua. Actualmente me despeño como Director de Proyectos Educativos, Comunitarios y Productivos del Instituto Aragüeño de la Juventud (INSAJUV), asumiendo una Comisión de Servicios ante el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación, desde julio 2022.
Mi primer contacto con la comunidad de HIVE y específicamente con @manuelramos fue a mediados del 2022, cuando realizaron una exhibición en la instalaciones de INSAJUV del trabajo de los atletas de @streetworkoutcommunity, mostrando sus habilidades y destrezas en las barras; luego mi segundo contacto con HIVE fue en la Caracas BlockchainWeek en noviembre de 2022 y el tercer encuentro fue cuando se le propuso a @manuelramos que celebráramos el Bitcoin Pizza Day que comúnmente en la ciudad de Maracay no se realiza, dicha actividad la realizamos en @picoffe-vzla, ya que su propietario había recibido el Taller de Iniciación a las Criptomonedas y Dinero Descentralizado y se mostró muy dispuesto a que realizáramos el encuentro con los jóvenes atletas de @streetworkoutcommunity.
Hello HIVE. I am Jesús Peñaloza (@jesuspenaloza), I am 44 years old. I am Venezuelan, born in Maracay city, Aragua state. I am a teacher, with 21 years of service, at the secondary education level. I stand out for interacting a lot with young people and I guide them in their formative process and personal development. Likewise, I am proactive to carry out educational projects and socio-community integration. I live in Maracay city, Aragua state. I am currently working as Director of Educational, Community and Productive Projects of Instituto Aragüeño de la Juventud (INSAJUV), assuming a Service Commission before the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, since July 2022.
My first contact with the HIVE community and specifically with @manuelramos was in mid 2022, when they held an exhibition at the INSAJUV facilities of the work of the @streetworkoutcommunity athletes, showing their skills and abilities on the bars; then my second contact with HIVE was in the Caracas BlockchainWeek in November 2022 and the third meeting was when it was proposed to @manuelramos that we celebrate the Bitcoin Pizza Day that commonly in Maracay city is not performed, such activity was performed in @picoffe-vzla, since its owner had received the Workshop on Initiation to Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Money and was very willing to make the meeting with the young athletes of @streetworkoutcommunity.
Volviendo a mi desarrollo como persona, es de mencionar, que desde el inicio de mis funciones en INSAJUV, se han formado jóvenes y adultos en diferentes oficios. Alcanzando la oferta académica de cursos y talleres, que son de provecho para todos, estos se organizan de manera bimensual. Es importante mencionar que tenemos como programa bandera, el curso de Robótica. Dirigido a niños,a partir de 7 años, logrando tener éxito en la integración de niños con Síndrome Autista junto a estudiantes de diferentes niveles de educación formal hasta el nivel universitario. De igual forma se destaca que más de 100 personas han sido formadas en el Taller de Iniciación a las Criptomonedas y Dinero Descentralizado, obteniendo insumos básicos dentro del ecosistema cripto.
Returning to my development as a person, it is worth mentioning that since the beginning of my functions in INSAJUV, young people and adults have been trained in different trades. Reaching the academic offer of courses and workshops, which are of benefit to all, these are organized bimonthly. It is important to mention that our flagship program is the Robotics course. Aimed at children, from 7 years of age, achieving success in the integration of children with Autism Syndrome along with students from different levels of formal education up to university level. Similarly, more than 100 people have been trained in the Workshop on Initiation to Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Money, obtaining basic inputs within the crypto ecosystem.

La participación de @manuelramos como coorganizador y este trabajo de hormigas llegamos a participar en el CriptoExperience Day - Maracay, en su primera edición; siendo nuestro punto de arranque la comunidad HIVE de Maracay, con la intervención de los jóvenes atletas de StreetWorkoutCommunity nos permitió materializar y vivir la experiencia del uso de criptomonedas como sistema de pago, llevando a la práctica los conocimientos obtenidos previamente.
Trabajo cada día para ser mejor persona y mis capacidades de dirección, orientación y facilidad de palabra, además de ser creativo con alto compromiso social, me acercan a la comunidad HIVE. Participar activamente en los objetivos que sonafines a mis principios y valores obtenidos por años de vida, contando con las responsabilidades y tropiezos que la vida me han colocado.
Aspiro ser un agente de formación y difusión de las bondades que nos brinda la Cadena de Bloques Hive y las grandes oportunidades que puede brindar a los jóvenes, su familia y su entorno social.

The participation of @manuelramos as co-organizer and this ant work we got to participate in the CriptoExperience Day - Maracay, in its first edition; being our starting point the HIVE community of Maracay, with the intervention of the young athletes of StreetWorkoutCommunity allowed us to materialize and live the experience of the use of cryptocurrencies as a payment system, putting into practice the knowledge obtained previously.
I work every day to be a better person and my management skills, guidance and ease of speech, in addition to being creative with high social commitment, bring me closer to the HIVE community. I actively participate in the objectives that are in line with my principles and values obtained through years of life, taking into account the responsibilities and setbacks that life has placed on me.
I aspire to be an agent of formation and diffusion of the benefits that the Hive Blockchain offers us and the great opportunities that it can provide to young people, their families and their social environment.
Nuestro nivel de alcance se proyecta de manera exponencial, ya que nuestros jóvenes hacen uso y manejo de las herramientas que nos brinda la informática pudiendo enriquecer los valores y su compromiso ciudadano; las instituciones educativas del nivel medio en la actualidad y el diseño curricular han mostrado una merma en cuanto al uso de las TICS y mucho más en el conocimiento y desarrollo en la Blockchain Hive.
Es de mencionar que soy apasionado a la radio, teniendo la experiencia de iniciar un proyecto escolar llamado Radio Tiza, en donde los chicos de segundo año debían desarrollar sus capacidades de lectoescritura y posteriormente grabar micros radiales desde muchos tópicos como: educativos, culturales, deportivos o social, para luego difundirlos en la radio escolar que tenemos en el plantel; también con los jóvenes de 5to año se Consolido el proyecto educativo Museo Antropológico Escolar Comunitario, aprovechando la riqueza del entorno en cuanto a lo cultural y lo arqueológico producto de los asentamientos indígenas del periodo prehispánico y que habitaron esas tierras.
Estas experiencias en materia educativa me llevaron a representar mi plantel a nivel regional, nacional e internacional en distintos congresos pedagógicos. No estoy distante de los logros obtenidos al trabajo que puede desarrollarse desde HIVE, por ello el acercamiento y convicción de las grandes cosas que podemos lograr.
Our level of reach is projected exponentially, since our young people use and manage the tools provided by information technology and can enrich the values and their civic commitment; educational institutions of the middle level today and the curriculum design have shown a decline in the use of ICT and much more in the knowledge and development in the Blockchain Hive.
It is worth mentioning that I am passionate about radio, having the experience of starting a school project called Radio Tiza, where the second year kids had to develop their literacy skills and subsequently record radio microphones from many topics such as: Educational, cultural, sports or social, and then broadcast them on the school radio that we have on campus; also with the young people of 5th year we consolidated the educational project Community School Anthropological Museum, taking advantage of the richness of the environment in terms of cultural and archaeological product of the indigenous settlements of the pre-Hispanic period and who inhabited these lands.
These educational experiences led me to represent my school at regional, national and international levels in different pedagogical congresses. I am not distant from the achievements obtained to the work that can be developed from HIVE, therefore the approach and conviction of the great things we can achieve.
La CriptoExperience Day- Maracay, da muestra del empeño, responsabilidad y trabajo que es organizar y ejecutar los objetivos propuestos; además de consolidar el sueño de contar con un local comercial en Maracay que asuma la adopción de las criptomonedas como medio de pago, siendo parte junto a @manuelramos y @picoffe-vzla de esta realidad, que será la primera de muchas por ejecutar.
Desde INSAJUV se continuará con la formación y de forma permanente el Taller de Iniciación a las Criptomonedas y Dinero Descentralizado además de llevar a cabo el Curso de Redes Sociales y Marketing Digital nivel 2, en donde se busca aportar todas las herramientas de los conocimientos necesarios para impulsar creadores de contenidos con conciencia y compromiso social.
Conocida la labor desarrollada hacia el entono y la comunidad, toca el momento de explorar un poco mi yo interno; me gusta la música específicamente el rock de los años 90, donde fue mi etapa de adolescencia y me refugie en los sonidos de la guitarra, la batería, el bajo y las voces que a otros no les gustaban porque decían que eran chillidos pero yo valoraba las notas musicales tan altas que lograban hacer con la voz.
Dentro de la gana de colores tengo mucha preponderancia por el verde y el marrón que unos llaman que son color tierra pero en mi caso lo asocio con la naturaleza, la vegetación y en particular con la vida, ya que somos parte ella y no le damos su justo valor. Mi mayor hobby es la carpintería que desde mis genes corre esa sangre, siendo mi abuelo un carpintero y ebanista, de igual forma mi padre tenía esa fibra, y entre clavos, martillos y aserrín viví mi infancia, junto a mis primos jugábamos en el taller del abuelo a simular o inventar juguetes para nuestra distracción.
The CryptoExperience Day- Maracay, shows the commitment, responsibility and work that is to organize and execute the proposed objectives; in addition to consolidating the dream of having a commercial location in Maracay that assumes the adoption of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment, being part along with @manuelramos and @picoffe-vzla of this reality, which will be the first of many to be executed.
From INSAJUV we will continue with the training and permanently the Workshop on Initiation to Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Money in addition to carrying out the Course of Social Networks and Digital Marketing level 2, where we seek to provide all the tools of the necessary knowledge to promote content creators with social awareness and commitment.
Knowing the work developed towards the environment and the community, it is time to explore a little my inner self; I like music specifically the rock of the 90's, where it was my adolescence stage and I took refuge in the sounds of guitar, drums, bass and vocals that others did not like because they said they were screaming but I valued the musical notes so high that they managed to do with the voice.
Among the colors I have a lot of preponderance for the green and brown that some call earth color but in my case I associate it with nature, vegetation and in particular with life, since we are part of it and we do not give it its fair value. My greatest hobby is carpentry, which runs in my genes and is a part of my life.
Destaco igualmente que esta primera publicación la realizo en el cierre del Curso de Redacción y Ortografía para Creadores de Contenidos en medios digitales, Web 3, dictado durante 48 hrs académicas presenciales con la facilitadora @marlenyaragua.
De esta manera me presento ante ustedes como un ser integral, responsable y muy dispuesto a ayudar al prójimo y levantar a nuestra juventud y construir un mundo mejor.
