Palace of the Winds "Hawa Mahal"

Hawal Mahal the Palace of Winds is located in Jaipur Rajasthan State in India, It was build in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Prathap Singh of the Kachhwaha Rajput dynasty.

The palace construction was a blend of Mugal Islamic Architecture and Hindurajapout architecture, this palace was build for the royal women to enjoy the events and festivals in the street by ensuring their safety and privacy by remaining out of public sight.

This 5storied building is in the shape of a crown of Lord Krishna (Hindu God), the palace consist of 953 windows called jharokhas.
