One of the most important aspects of diversity is the variety of ideas. Diversity in the workplace can lead to new ideas and innovation. We can also see the benefits of diversity in the business world.One study found that when groups were ethnically diverse, they came up with more solutions to a problem.In other words, the more diverse the group, the more creative they are.
Diversity is about inclusion.
It is about creating an environment that encourages and welcomes people of different backgrounds, cultures, abilities, genders, sexual orientations, religious beliefs, and ages. In a diverse environment, new ideas and perspectives are constantly being shared and discussed to promote innovation and creativity.
D.Buzz is a platform that embraces freedom of speech, and in that freedom of speech, is the heart of diversity. When you can express yourself, you embrace the unique being that you are, you can be different, unique and open. When everyone else is as well, we have an excellent divers platform to foster ideas and growth.
Every week we find 12 authors with diverse backgrounds and reward their content with an on the spot tip of liquid hive. This week content curators, such as @nessie2645 from Thailand posting pictures of markets, or authors like @xuanphuc98 from Vietnam posting pictures of cafés show that uniqueness. Also authors from Malaysia such as @luueetang posting photos of streets at night, and even authors such as @sonskryp from Waterberg, featuring beautiful serial skies.
Diversity is not a buzz word. It’s not just something that we should care about. It’s something that we need. In order to have a balanced and successful society, we need to have different perspectives, and people from different walks of life.
