The Power of Routines You Can Have

You want to be better, don't you? Even though we are grateful for the existing situation, our aspirations must be more. So that you are stronger, healthier, less sick, you don't have to suffer unnecessarily.

It needs change, and change is necessary, although sometimes it can penetrate self-confidence, meaning that even though we are hesitant to achieve that goal, it is still possible and can be obtained. This means that we must develop and cultivate ourselves, focus on future potential, and continue to practice in order to be even better.

It takes good habits and gets rid of some bad habits. You do this by ritual, repetition, repetition over and over by fighting boredom and quelling laziness. Even if it's only for a short period of time, do a routine ritual, for example in the morning or evening, respect it like a ceremony, something that is the top priority of the day.

For example, early on, getting up early and exercising or cleaning the house, sweeping the yard, praying, planning strategies or just reading and planning to eat nutritious food every day. Don't underestimate everything, just do it and there will definitely be changes.

This ritual mechanism counteracts all emotional blocks, mental blocks, and automation like an efficient machine. Not that robots, but still humans, who enjoy coffee in the morning or drink with family in the afternoon.

Remarkably routine rituals that are carried out continuously with honesty as the key, although uncertain, but definite change. If we don't do good rituals then bad habits will take over our lives without realizing it, laziness and fear will take over.

In the end, the changes were not for the better, they were even worse. Rituals must be chosen, even if they are unwilling or lazy or bored with the positive, other habits will still be carried out, consciously or unconsciously, choice or chosen.

The problem is that there are good routines and bad habits. You can choose the positive, but if you are lazy and bored, the negativity will gradually eat away at you.
