Dream When You Wake Up

Dreams are a representation of our subconscious while we are sleeping. The subconscious mind is a place to store memories, routine programs, habits, organ controllers.

The majority of our waking time is influenced by the subconscious. That is, our quality of life, emotions, paradigms of thought, happiness and health depend on this realm. This realm communicates through symbols, like dreams which are metaphors.

Dreaming of rain means luck or detox, for example, dreams of flying have high ambitions, dreams of losing teeth, etc.

But all dreams are personal, do not mean the same, even if they can. And we can influence this subconscious mind outside of bedtime, by assigning meaning to Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.

Make everyday activities our way of programming the brain. No need to learn hypnosis, no need to enter semi-consciously and no need to visualize or imagine. Just pick one regular activity and make suggestions that are new and profound.

For example sweeping, which means cleaning and the floor symbolizes the foundation, then give new suggestions while sweeping, like cleaning life from negative thoughts, strengthening the foundation of life from challenges.
Always remember these positives every time you sweep, because you know that you are communicating.

Communicating to the subconscious, giving suggestions that can change the program of thinking and behavior. The effect of suggestion will be felt for some time, patiently and consistently.

Now, we can do the Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis with enthusiasm. Hence, it can be a sophisticated mental tool like telephone psychology. Don't feel a heavy burden when doing something anymore, it will be counterproductive in the subconscious.

Choose a routine activity, look for symbols that match the suggestions, do it. Do it with enthusiasm, because of the deeper meaning of prayer or suggestion at the beginning of doing it. Even walking can be a meaningful activity to bring progress.

All actions are valuable, have potential value that can improve health, well-being, spirituality, relationships, career, peace of mind, and whatever else you want.
