RE: Who Am I - An Introduction To OCD

Welcome to Hive dear sister.

Thank you for sharing with us about your life and family. i feel for you.

i have come to understand that this life on earth is more like a dream than being real, and we can awaken from the dream by setting aside any mental stories about what and why something happened, and instead fully feel all the bodily sensations, the upsetting feelings and the "good" feelings.

This, being able to feel all these sensations, consistently, without rejecting or holding on to any, can lead to greater contentment and joy, no matter what our circumstances, and awaken from the dream of life and rest eternally in God's (our One True Self) embrace.

This is my understanding and strong conviction of how life works. Yet i don't hold tightly to that, as in this secondary reality (this play of life), i know no-thing,

Namaste
