Mi nombre es Andrew Delgado, cuando era niño me gustaba ver caricaturas antiguas, tenía siempre una emoción al llegar la noche para disfrutar de las series de anime y demás caricaturas antes de ir a dormir. Era tanto el apego a estas series, que comencé a intentar plasmar en una hoja mi escena favorita luego de terminar cada capítulo.
My name is Andrew Delgado, when I was a kid I liked to watch old cartoons, I always had a thrill when the night came to enjoy the anime series and other cartoons before going to sleep. I was so attached to these series, that I started to try to write down on a sheet of paper my favorite scene after finishing each chapter.
Recuerdo siempre haber sido estudioso y dedicado, pero mi momento favorito era al hacer alguna ilustración como tarea o incluso en ratos de aburrimiento. Pero al crecer comencé a darme cuenta que no percibía los colores como las demás personas, pintaba paisajes con colores que no correspondían a la referencia del dibujo, no era normal, asi que desde entonces me di cuenta que tengo daltonismo.
I remember always being studious and dedicated, but my favorite moment was when doing some illustration as homework or even in times of boredom. But as I grew up I began to realize that I did not perceive colors like other people, I painted landscapes with colors that did not correspond to the reference of the drawing, it was not normal, so since then I realized that I have color blindness.
Comencé a dibujar solamente a lápiz ya que se me complicaba menos. Cada vez iba aprendiendo técnicas por mi cuenta, me colocaba retos dibujando imágenes complicadas de plasmar. En algunas ocasiones dibujé de manera digital mediante una computadora, he experimentado otras maneras de dibujar dejándome llevar de manera lo más creativa posible, haciendo visualizaciones mediante fotografías con colores invertidos.
I began to draw only in pencil because it was less complicated for me. Each time I was learning techniques on my own, I challenged myself by drawing images that were complicated to capture. On some occasions I drew digitally using a computer, I have experimented other ways of drawing letting myself go as creatively as possible, making visualizations through photographs with inverted colors.
Algunos me han dicho que tengo muchos talentos, pero son tantas las cosas que me gustan, algunas no las comparto con cualquiera. Me gusta mucho el canto y los instrumentos musicales, pienso que en algún momento aprenderé a tocar algunos, mis favoritos siempre han sido el piano, batería y guitarra. A veces me dicen que parezco un abuelo por escuchar mayormente música retro, como el rock, baladas, rap, pop, entre otros generos musicales de los años 80 y 90, quizás sea cierto, pero es el género que más me inspira al hacer alguna actividad y que al mismo tiempo puede hacerme sentir relajado.
Some people have told me that I have many talents, but there are so many things that I like, some of them I don't share with just anyone. I really like singing and musical instruments, I think at some point I will learn to play some, my favorites have always been piano, drums and guitar. Sometimes people tell me that I sound like a grandfather for listening mostly to retro music, like rock, ballads, rap, pop, among other musical genres from the 80's and 90's, maybe it's true, but it's the genre that inspires me the most when doing any activity and at the same time can make me feel relaxed.
Suelo ser ese tipo de persona que espera el atardecer para tomar alguna buena fotografía del cielo o simplemente no dejar pasar una buena vista, tener el teléfono listo para capturar una muestra de la naturaleza o de algún bonito animal.
I tend to be that kind of person who waits for the sunset to take a good picture of the sky or just not to miss a good view, to have my phone ready to capture a sample of nature or a beautiful animal.
Soy un fanático del deporte, me encanta verlo y practicarlo, aunque puedo ser regular en algunos de los que he jugado, pero mi favorito es el fútbol, podría decir que soy muy aficionado a mis equipos, incluso no suelo perderme algún partido, lo disfruto mucho.
I am a sports fanatic, I love watching and practicing sports, although I can be regular in some of the ones I have played, but my favorite is soccer, I could say that I am very fond of my teams, even I don't usually miss a game, I enjoy it very much.
Me gusta siempre aprender cosas nuevas, tengo siempre un gusto por la tecnología, cada vez quiero seguir obteniendo nuevos conocimientos en el área tecnológica generalmente.
I always like to learn new things, I always have a taste for technology, every time I want to keep getting new knowledge in the technological area generally.
