In this video I have talked about different vegetables grown in vegetable garden. Surely we are a little fortunate that we do not have to go to the market for vegetables but all the vegetables needed are grown in the fields. Most of the vegetables are ready by this time. They are used in food in the morning and evening. In this video you can see that along with jackfruit, cowpea, luffa, bottle gourd, pumpkin, ghuiyan and bitter gourd all vegetables are available in the fields. There is no need to go to the market for any vegetable. Apart from this, some spices like chili, coriander, turmeric, garlic, onion are also cultivated in sufficient quantity. After 3 days of continuous rain, the weather cleared after 9:00 am today. It didn't rain till evening so got a chance to go out. After spending some time in the vegetable garden, I headed towards the mango orchard where I ate mangoes of different flavours. It is definitely mango season going on, where mangoes of different species are readily available.

Fresh and healthy food is nessecery for healthy fish with awsome colors! In todays video I talk about what a feed my fish and show you a little trick how to feed frozen food. There is much more to this in future videos 🍻

Hi everybody, following with the practice of strumming for pop songs, I decided to do the cover of Equivocada performed by the Mexican singer Thalia. Also dabbling a little in expanding my vocal range, since she is a Soprano and I have a Mezzo voice, I tried to do it by putting into practice some things I'm studying, it really is such a complex world, but I'm very excited to be taking these first steps and to be able to share my progress. I hope you like it.

Have you ever eaten coffee? Today I will show you how to make a coffee that you can eat. This coffee is very suitable for hot days. The ingredients are also simple. Another name for this coffee is 3-layer coffee because after it is done, you can see 3 distinct layers: frothy coffee on the top, black coffee in the middle and milk on the bottom. There are two ways to enjoy this coffee. You can eat the top layer of froth, then stir the remaining 2 layers and drink, the strength of the coffee depends on how much you stir. Or you can gently stir the 2 layers below and then drink to let the coffee go through the frothy layer before entering your mouth to enjoy the taste of all 3 layers.

Hello! It's been a while since my last post (4 days ago). I really wish, as much as possible to post 6 times a week but being sick from the vaccine which resulted to 3 days absence from work really gave me a pile of backlogs both at school and work.

But nevertheless I am back! This pole routine is a modification of a routine I orginally created during this training session. I had to modify because there were a lot of "hiccups" in the flow and I couldn't execute the original tricks gracefully - well not yet.

Hello hive! today I play for you with the accompaniement of my dear friends of Ensamble a Tres Tiempos @ensambleatrestiempos, this venezuelan pieces named El Diablo Suelto, this pieces is a vals composed by Heraclio Fernandez and nowadays is mostly played as a joropo, was composed in 1888 and is one of the most popular piece in the venezuelan folklore. At first was a piece made for piano but now is written and played for many of the melodic instruments including the flute.
