Both of these characters have been around since the 40's. And I get the feeling if they started arm wrestling back then they would still be going at it.

Still experimenting with Clip Studio Paint Pro. I've been practicing making my comics look more comic-booky. One easy trick is there's a way to change the layer setting to make it pixelated. Makes it look more like a Golden Age comic printed on newsprint. So which looks better, the original, or this one. All I did was pixelate the layer with the shading on it.
On the one hand, it makes the image look more nostalgic by making it grainy. But it also actually helps clean up the shading layer. The individual brush strokes get smoothed out so I probably wouldn't have to spend as much time trying to blend them. Always looking for drawing hacks to speed up production.
