Hi hivers,
So today I decided to make a life study of this cute model using water color and doing an impressionist painting. I love impressionism because of my freedom to use and color to pass the message across but also put in mind light, shade and value. Impressionism gives room for freedom to decide what color you want your object to be, it doesn't necessarily have to be the exact color on the object or figure.
My love for color made me pursue a career in art and I love it when I'm able to work freely with colors.

I enjoyed painting this piece as the eyes of the figure is the first thing that inspired me to paint it, which is why I titled it SEE THROUGH MY EYES TO MY SOUL.
